Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure Lead some of NSW’s largest privately funded civil and infrastructure projects. At Goodman, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure to lead the delivery of major infrastructure outcomes across our NSW development portfolio. This is a high-impact role with responsibility for major bulk earthworks, significant internal infrastructure works and major lead-in works. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of internal stakeholders, external consultants and contractors to deliver best-in-class outcomes aligned to GMG objectives. You’ll manage projects end-to-end, from feasibility, planning and procurement through to construction, commissioning and handover with accountability for programme, commercial outcomes, risk, approvals and stakeholder coordination. Key responsibilities Lead the delivery of major civil and infrastructure projects across Goodman’s NSW development portfolio Lead multidisciplinary internal and external project teams to achieve programme, cost, quality and commercial outcomes Manage procurement and tender processes, including scope development, tender evaluation, recommendation and contract award Oversee external consultants and contractors to ensure performance, delivery alignment and effective project de-risking Manage authority approvals, servicing strategies, stakeholder coordination and key third-party interfaces Drive project governance, reporting, risk management and change control across the project lifecycle Skills and experience Minimum 10 years' experience delivering major civil, industrial or infrastructure projects in NSW Proven capability across bulk earthworks, internal infrastructure, lead-in works, utilities, roads, drainage or enabling works Strong experience in procurement, tendering, contract administration and contractor management Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects through planning, approvals, design, construction and handover Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, feasibility and risk management Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across internal teams, customers, consultants, contractors and authorities Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline The Benefits At Goodman we know that our people are integral to our company success.
