As a member of our Infrastructure group, you will provide insight and innovative construction solutions to ensure the successful execution of various infrastructure projects, such as: roadways, highways and interchanges; bridges and overpasses; water and wastewater treatment facilities; transmission lines; general/public transportation including airports, seaports and light rail transit lines (LRTs); and conventional and alternative power generation like wind farms and district energy facilities. You will also further hone your skills operating under various delivery methods including Design-Build, P3 (Public-Private Partnership), Construction Management and IPD (Integrated Project Delivery).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience required. Depending upon the project size, scope, and complexity, the years of experience may vary
  • Solid technical proficiency in project KPIs and the three core areas of Estimating, Field Management, and Project Management
  • Proficiency in estimate preparation, forecasting, pricing, risk/claim management, contract management, profit and loss responsibility, scheduling, and quality
  • Ability to make recommendations and take action based on technical proficiency
  • Proficiency using scheduling and project management software
Responsibilities

The Sr. Project Manager is accountable for providing project management and direction for a project or portfolio of projects with annual revenues up to $50M. The individual is involved in project planning and start-up, project financials, project pre-construction, project execution and close-out, and HSE and Q, and maintains a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations.
