QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 15+ years of direct construction project management experience required, primarily in the transit/rail sector
• Technical trade certificate is a minimum requirement; Technical Diploma or a Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Extensive knowledge in construction methods and project management processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex or multiple construction projects
• Ability to train project staff in all aspects of project requirements

Reporting to the Project Director and Divison Manager, the Senior Project Manager is an experienced construction professional that has completed successful Infrastructure construction projects within the Greater Toronto Area and has a strong client focus. Driven by commitment to both team and project, the Senior Project Manager is a good team-builder who cultivates strong relationships with key professionals across both internal and external stakeholders; they are fully proficient with the technical knowledge, leadership, and communication skills required for complex projects assignments in the areas of heavy rail, light rail, bridges and heavy civil.
