Responsibilities
  • Work closely with respective team members from various disciplines (Creative, Project Management, Account, Media, CRM, AdOps, and Analytics) within the agency to create, optimize and coordinate advertising campaign deliverables across Digital, Site, Social, Linear, Print, CRM, Email, and Event Marketing.
  • Work within our internal teams and with our partners to execute campaign launches. Specifically:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Create project scopes and identify objectives as necessary.
  • Breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks.
  • Work closely with creative and account teams to manage time, milestones and asset handoffs to production, partners, etc.
  • Ensure that all projects remain consistent with agency and client approved brand communications strategies throughout the advertising development process. Specifically:
  • Tracking progress against the plan and identifying potential roadblocks.
  • Managing timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Leading regular status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Managing risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively drive development and implementation of cross-channel advertising content, working with cross functional teams to ensure consistency across all consumer marketing messages.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
