For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients The Opportunity Key Responsibilities: Lead complex integration and transformation projects across Machine Learning Manage full project lifecycle—from planning and coordination to execution and production readiness. Drive alignment across stakeholders through regular updates, risk tracking, and issue escalation management. Develop and deliver standardised training for internal teams and vendors on turn-up processes, configuration, and downstream impacts (e.g. commissioning, deployment, rack integration). Oversee deployment of ML hardware accelerators (e.g., GPUs, TPUs) and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure. Facilitate workshops and working sessions to define, document, and optimise operational workflows and process improvements. Support on-site execution during critical project phases, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and operational handover. Create and maintain project documentation, including process storyboards, deployment milestones, and commissioning plans. Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and execution across all phases. We would love to hear from you if you: Have a degree or comparable experience in project management or construction discipline Have experience in Machine Learning systems architecture, preferably in large-scale or mission-critical environments. Understand ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their application in infrastructure automation. Possess strong knowledge of data center operations and how ML can enhance efficiency and resilience.
