RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Project Manager - IRM will Be accountable for the project’s P&L and oversee project financial performance, including cost control, revenue recognition, and protection of project margin Provide overall leadership and direction for assigned projects, ensuring delivery in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations Act as the primary escalation point ensuring critical issues are addressed and risks mitigated effectively Support the project team in execution, providing coaching, guidance, and intervention where required to ensure success Ensure adherence to project governance, including Project Execution Plans (PEPs), reporting and monthly Project Management Reviews (PMRs) Foster strong client relationships at senior level, ensuring alignment with client expectations and effective issue resolution Drive integration and collaboration between project teams, service lines and functional support (Engineering, Offshore Resources, Commercial, HSEQ, Supply Chain) Ensure effective change management, contract administration and risk management throughout project execution Support Regional Project execution Manager with portfolio-level reporting, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives Encourage open communication between project members, engineering and operations to create healthy productive culture; Diligently work towards meeting Regional and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s); DUTIES/TASKS (What you deliver) Tasks can include, but are not limited to: · Lead project start-up and close-out processes for assigned projects, ensuring all requirements are met and documented · Directly manage assigned Project Managers, monitoring project progress, resourcing, and compliance with procedures · Chair key project meetings, including kick-off meetings, client reviews, and senior stakeholder reviews · Monitor project KPIs and take corrective action where performance deviates from plan · Oversee client reporting and communication for assigned projects, ensuring transparency and consistency · Ensure all project deliverables comply with HSEQ, legal, and contractual requirements · Act as senior DOF representative with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities for assigned projects · Mentor and develop Project Managers and project team personnel, ensuring competence and succession planning · Lead the integration of lessons learned and best practices into ongoing and future projects · Undertake other duties as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the role and the needs of the business ROLE (How you deliver) Key elements of how to deliver: · Demonstrate leadership, integrity, and accountability in all aspects of project delivery · Operate with a client-focused, results-driven mindset, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability remain central priorities · Communicate effectively across all levels, internally and externally · Foster collaboration across functions and service lines to achieve project and regional objectives · Demonstrate resilience and decision-making capability in managing complex, high-value projects · Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and performance excellence within project teams KEY RELATIONSHIPS Within the DOF Group (Internal) Regional Project Execution Manager Project Managers and Project Teams Service Line Managers Engineering, Offshore Resources, Supply Chain, HSEQ, and Commercial Teams Outside the DOF Group (External) Client Sub-contractors and vendors Industry associations QUALIFICATIONS ·BSc, BEng or Masters Degree within relevant engineering discipline. (Experience can compensate for lack of formally proven competence). EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE · Relevant work experience in the subsea sector · Experience from Project management within the Inspection Maintenance and Repair (IMR) discipline · Fluent in English (both written and verbal); · Proficient in Microsoft Packages - Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project · Highly confident, self motivated and self disciplined person with sound management and organizational skills; · Good technical skills; · Good communication and interaction skills; · Good organizational skills and smart working methods; · Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the employees Will be discussed during recruitment process.
