As a Senior Project Manager (IT), you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, from initiation and planning through to implementation, transition and closure. You will bring a strong delivery focus, practical problem-solving skills and disciplined project governance to a complex, highly collaborative environment.

• Data Warehouse & Analytics: Lead the implementation of a new data warehouse and analytics platform, coordinating vendor, business and technology teams
• Workday HRIS: Lead the internal delivery and change components of a new Workday HRIS platform, working closely with a vendor-led implementation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading cross-functional business, technology and vendor teams to deliver agreed outcomes.
• Managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and quality.
• Establishing and maintaining project plans, governance, reporting and delivery controls.
• Coordinating testing, change readiness, training, cutover, implementation and transition to support.
• Managing vendor relationships and delivery performance.
• Providing clear, concise reporting and escalating risks, issues and decisions early.
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business owners.
