We are looking for a project manager with exceptional skills in project initiation, planning, and closing, complemented by strong reporting and documentation abilities. This professional excels in solving complex problems with innovative approaches, demonstrates sound judgment based on comprehensive analysis, possesses a good grasp of project-related legal and financial aspects, and has a keen understanding of functional inter-dependencies to effectively orchestrate projects. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Project Structure and Standards Manages and controls the entire project life-cycle and ensures hand-over to sustaining function Structures project and ensures compliance Uses IFX project management tools to structure projects and control progress Applies IFX risk management methodology Has very good project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation Has good knowledge in project-related legal topics and manages financial aspects Project Execution Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information Continuously focuses on project quality, assesses progress and ensures that goals are met even in the face of challenges Actively identifies and manages changes and adapts project approach accordingly while ensuring buy-in for change Leading Self and Team Integrates and balances skills and development areas of team members when creating teams Assigns tasks/ work packages to the most appropriate individuals and holds project team accountable Creates energy and commitment by connecting team members to tasks based on interests and abilities Determines the most appropriate messages and presents information confidently to the project team Takes time to actively listen and provide constructive, behaviorally-oriented feedback Is reliable and open to divergent opinions Relationships Grows trusted relationships and a network with a broad base of internal & external stakeholders and actively manages their interests Negotiates with stakeholders and applies influencing skills to change perspectives Resolves conflicts in a productive manner Systemic Knowledge and Business Context Applies knowledge of how project-related products / services are embedded in surrounding and adjoined systems and the business context Has an overview and understanding of relevant functional inter-dependencies to orchestrate them Has an overview and understanding of relevant functional inter-dependencies to orchestrate them Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Has very good project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation.
