• Full accountability for performance and delivery of Traffic Signals and ITS Maintenance Contracts.
• Lead and manage a team of direct and indirect reports, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and excellence.
• Collaborate with City of Gold Coast and key stakeholders to shape service initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Zero Harm policies and conduct regular safety inspections and toolboxes.
• Manage financial reporting, invoicing, and contract variations.
• Apply best practice asset management and customer-centric strategies.
