Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a Document Management System (DMS) implementation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior technology project professional to take ownership of a key implementation, working across business, technology, operational and vendor teams to ensure the project is delivered within agreed scope, budget, timeline and governance requirements.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a technology or system implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and reporting.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Establish and drive governance forums, working groups, and steering committees.
• Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operational, and vendor teams.
• Ensure project outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to agreed quality standards.
• Drive effective vendor management and accountability against agreed deliverables and milestones.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across senior business and technology leaders.
• Strong financial, budget, and resource management capability.
• Drive user acceptance and readiness for successful adoption of the solution
• Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship management skills.
