ROLE PURPOSE The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective. To plan and implement projects by organize and oversee all aspects to ensure the achievement of their objectives within the specified time and utilizing the available resources, in accordance with the organization's goals.   KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES This section describes the principal outputs required from the job. Key Accountabilities Key Activities Program Planning & Budgeting Identify the Program Objectives in which the Program will be Evaluated and Accepted. Develop a comprehensive plan for projects execution to achieve the defined objectives. Estimate and prepare the program budgets based on the scope of project and track all costs to ensure proper budget coverage. Monitor the budget and make necessary adjustments in case of any changes in the project. Program delivery & Control Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful program delivery. Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track program milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. Conduct thorough program assessments, including risk analysis, resource allocation, and timeline development Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and project team members. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular project updates, and address concerns or issues. Facilitate effective communication and foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle. Program Evaluation and Reporting: Conduct program evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement. Prepare comprehensive program reports, including progress updates, key metrics, and recommendations for future initiatives.           JOB SPECIFICATIONS Academic and professional qualifications Bachelor degree in Information Technology or MIS, Master’s Degree in Information Technology or MIS is plus Years and Nature of Experience 4+ Years of relevant experience in a related industry
