The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, contractors, and vendors to deliver exceptional solutions for critical facilities (such as data centers, commercial buildings, and industrial sites). Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for IBMS and CFS implementation, upgrades, and maintenance. Plan, schedule, monitor, and control multiple projects simultaneously. Engage with clients during pre-sales, solution design, and implementation phases to capture requirements and expectations. Develop project scope, objectives, detailed schedules, and resource plans. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction. Oversee installation, commissioning, and integration of IBMS systems (BMS, fire alarm, access control, CCTV, HVAC controls, energy management). Manage procurement activities, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation. Prepare budgets, track costs, and ensure projects are delivered within agreed constraints. Identify risks/issues and develop mitigation strategies. Prepare regular project status reports and present updates to management and clients. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Guide and mentor project engineers and other team members. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation) or related field. Proven experience (10+ years) in managing IBMS and CFS projects in critical environments. PMP/Prince2 certification preferred. Strong technical background in building automation, fire systems, energy management, and facility services. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools. Sound knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality standards applicable to IBMS/CFS. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Should be based out of or willing to relocate to Mumbai. Preferred Industry Background: Data Centers, Commercial Real Estate, Industrial Facilities, MEP Contracting, System Integration.
