This role demands expertise in large‑scale/industrial ELV projects and the capability to lead teams and manage high‑value project packages. Key Responsibilities Deliver end‑to‑end ELV projects with large‑scale/industrial focus. Lead multiple projects and guide PMs, APMs, and site engineers. Handle high‑value project execution (₹20 Cr+ recommended). Manage client, consultant, and PMC relationships at executive level. Drive commercial activities: contracts, billing, procurement, variation claims. Ensure adherence to standards (NFPA, NBC, IEC, UL, etc.). Manage escalations, key decisions, and risk mitigation processes. Ensure proper project documentation, testing, commissioning, and final handover. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong leadership and stakeholder management. Deep knowledge of ELV systems and codes/standards. Expertise in contract management and commercial controls.
