What is it like working as a Senior Project Manager at Questrade?
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll champion the successful delivery of critical business and technology initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and executives to define scope, manage timelines, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Reporting to the Program Manager, PMO, you’ll lead high-impact projects across the organization, managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment, ensuring that all deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements, while focusing on operational readiness, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

• Provide end-to-end project management: This includes developing detailed plans, work back schedules, project estimates, status reports, and continuously updating internal and external teams on progress.
• Act as the key contact for internal stakeholders, and a conduit between stakeholders and the technology team.
• Conduct project meetings to ensure projects meet deadlines and specifications. Prepare project tracking, reports, and analysis. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
• Perform risk and issue tracking and reporting, status gathering, and report development.
• Identify project risks and work with the Program Manager to develop and implement mitigating strategies.
• Maintain good knowledge of current and emerging technologies with the ability to apply relevant learnings to ongoing initiatives.
