Title: Senior Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects across the civil, maritime, port and coastal sectors. This role is ideal for a highly capable engineering professional who thrives in complex project environments and brings strong technical judgment, delivery experience and advisory capabilities. About the Role The successful candidate will provide specialist input across all stages of project development—from early planning and tendering through to design, constructability, and delivery-phase support. You will work closely with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality technical outcomes and efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities Project Development, Design & Tender Support Lead and contribute to project planning, optioneering and feasibility assessments Provide constructability advice and construction logistics planning Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies Support Safety in Design reviews and methodology development Facilitate and document workshops with stakeholders Review construction programs, staging and critical paths Prepare and review cost plans, estimates and benchmarking analyses Undertake technical and constructability reviews of tender submissions Construction Phase Support Provide project management and site surveillance, including progress, quality and compliance reporting Support superintendent and contract administration functions (variations, RFIs, claims, scope changes) Review contractor methodologies and construction programs Contribute to WHS, environmental, program and financial reporting Undertake inspections, audits and troubleshooting to support issue resolution and project recovery Deliverables May Include Technical notes, reports and independent technical reviews Workshop documentation and stakeholder engagement outputs Cost estimates, analysis and reporting Construction administration documentation Risk assessments and Microsoft Project programs https://kbr.foleon.com/is-australia/who-we-are/who-we-are At KBR, we value you – here’s how.
