We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team and lead the successful delivery of projects across the infrastructure, mining, resources and energy sectors.

This is a hands-on senior position suited to an experienced project professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple projects and understands the demands of industrial environments.

About the Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from tender, planning and mobilisation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.

You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, site teams and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved and high standards of quality, safety and compliance are maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously from tender through to completion
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring project schedules, budgets and resources
• Managing client relationships and project deliverables
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitoring project performance, costs, quality and timelines
• Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities
• Ensuring compliance with relevant Australian Standards, ISO systems and company procedures
• Supporting continuous improvement across project delivery
• Travelling to project sites as required

About You

• Previous Industrial / Oil & Gas / Mining experience is essential
• Proven experience in a Senior Project Manager or similar project leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Knowledge and practical understanding of ISO standards and management systems
• Strong commercial, financial and contractual awareness
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability and willingness to travel for work when required

• Pay: $140,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
