We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Senior Project Manager to oversee complex digital and I&IT projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with project delivery using various methodologies and a proven track record with Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a hybrid role with a 6-month contract duration.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Certified Project Manager with at least 8 years of project management experience delivering complex digital/I&IT projects.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O), as well as Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated experience using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of project management best practices and tools, including MS Project.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to develop visually appealing products to depict project milestones and timelines.

• Lead and manage large-scale, complex digital and business transformation projects from conception to close-out.
• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and other modernization initiatives.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary to senior executive levels.
• Provide high-level options analysis and recommendations to management to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Prepare and present status reports, briefing notes, and visually engaging communication products for all levels of project governance and stakeholders.
• Oversee change management activities throughout all project stages.
• Utilize project management software and methodologies to track progress and deliver results on time.
• Conduct internal consultations and maintain effective partnerships with project leads, senior management, and stakeholders.
