ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior project manager to support several business critical, multinational and transformational projects led by the Compliance team. These are complex projects involving a large number of stakeholders and workstreams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple high-impact projects.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present updates to senior leadership, including Board and Executive-level stakeholders.
• Drive the success of project committees through meticulous planning, documentation, and follow-up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define project scope, goals, and success criteria.
• Coordinate resources and timelines across diverse workstreams.
• Create and manage dashboards, committee materials, and meeting documentation.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all project deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels.
