You will report directly to the Programme Manager on Production output, working alongside a Lead Project Manager and with line management responsibilities of one Project Leader.
You will lead the IPT in the successful delivery of a compliant project in line with the Customer, Contractual and Legislative requirements. This is achieved through effective planning and management of team performance and project schedule and cost. In addition, this role will require a systematic approach to maximize value creation within the commercial constraints.
You will ensure effective communications to proactively encourage project delivery across all functional business areas to achieve cost, quality and schedule within budget.
You will proactively monitor project progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
You will identify and manage risks to the production project, including the development of contingency plans.
You will engage and input into business winning activities, such as bidding.
You will engage with Integrated Project Teams, and vendors in line with level of accountability.
You will conduct project reviews and make recommendations to appropriate business areas.
You will be involved in daily interactions with key members of the IPT
