This role will lead the Smartsheet implementation, making it the backbone for tracking, reporting, and cross-team collaboration. Beyond tool deployment, the Project Manager will establish processes and best practices - including resource management and documentation—that enable consistency, transparency, and accountability across programs as Lila grows. Success requires a systems mindset and the ability to embed project management directly into team structures, ensuring it becomes an integrated part of how Lila operates rather than an external overlay. This role will report to Rachael Lammers, who is executive sponsor for the Smartsheet implementation rollout, but he will be responsible for working close with key stakeholders across Lila (e.g., the Chiefs of Staff, project/product managers, Smartsheet power users, etc.) to ensure we are building an all-of-Lila solution. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging scientific and automation teams, optimizing high-throughput processes, and implementing scalable solutions within a fast-paced environment.
