It focuses on building PMO culture and delivering system and process transformation projects to support Lundbeck in executing the long-term strategy. Project Management Team will collaborate very closely with Process Owners and Digitalization Experts to synergize on accelerating successful implementations.      What you bring to the team   Project management experience, minimum 6 years Expertise in Project Management methodology (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent)  English at C1 is a must Expertise in Agile methodology is an advantage  PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM certificates or equivalent is an advantage       How your colleagues would describe you  Able to lead the team without a direct reporting line Self-starter Skilled to identify and manage various groups of stakeholders with diverse needs Clearly communicate and tailor the message to the respective audience Prepare and conduct crisp presentations with very detailed information Experienced to conduct effective presentations to various groups of people Able to deal with ambiguity & uncertainty Finding it easy to work in a dynamic environment Add structure where the structure is missing, but also may have a flexible approach      Our promise to you  Lundbeck offers an inspiring workplace and innovative culture, where our curiosity, accountability and adaptability enable us to transform lives.
