JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with the passion and expertise to drive the successful delivery of residential and mixed-use projects — from vibrant condominiums and townhomes to complex commercial developments

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in real estate development or construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior or multi-project leadership role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction best practices.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale residential and commercial developments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage Project Managers and site teams, ensuring accountability, performance, and a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and enforce project management standards, reporting structures, and processes across all projects.
  • Provide senior oversight for construction execution, quality, safety, scheduling, and cost control across multiple sites.
  • Review and approve RFIs, change orders, contractor invoices, and technical clarifications; negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage project budgets and master schedules, ensuring milestones, resources, and financial targets are met.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for risks, disputes, and critical decision-making; develop contingency plans to mitigate issues.
  • Maintain expertise in architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems to resolve conflicts and guide teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, consultants, regulators, and community stakeholders to support timely approvals and compliance.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project close-out, inspections, occupancy permits, and handovers, ensuring all projects meet company quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
