• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Work closely with technical project managers (T-PMs)
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team and project environment.
• Work closely with the PMO colleagues on the constant improvement of our processes
• Travel might necessary according to project needs

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in business administration, or in technical, engineering, /science or another related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
