These are the responsibilities
: - Leading and managing complex strategic logistics projects for the further development of processes, structures, and standards
- Analyzing existing business processes and developing and implementing sustainable optimization, digitalization, and automation solutions
- Responsibility for the introduction and further development of warehouse management systems, IT solutions, and customer-related logistics processes
- Managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously and creating well-founded decision-making documents for management
- Facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and change processes, as well as close collaboration with operational units, IT, and management
