Description

(PERMANENT POSITION / FREELANCER)

For us, events are more than just an effective communication tool.
For ottomisu, they are the ideal setting for extraordinary experiences! This is where participants network with each other and connect with each other, the company and the brand. For us, events are places where communities are created and participants become fans. Connecting people, brands & markets. That’s what we call connectivity. And that’s what we stand for! Do you see it the same way?
Wonderful! You could be a great fit for us. We are looking for reinforcement.

ABOUT YOU.

You have a talent for organization, are interested in planning, are flexible and communicative and always have your eye on the goal. You know and understand the different approaches of creatives, strategists and content experts as well as project managers, production teams, logisticians or process directors and can easily make your contribution.
Projects are adventures for you and with your confident and approachable manner you always make your colleagues as well as our customers and partners feel at ease - both personally and professionally. You are no stranger to entrepreneurial thinking and action - on the contrary. Right from the start, you are a fully-fledged team member who actively participates in exciting projects.
You don’t just plan processes, you create moments. You don’t just organize events, you create memories. Every schedule, every location, every lighting concept is part of a bigger picture - and you hold the reins. Because events are not assembly line work. They are individual, lively - and sometimes chaotic. You stay calm when it matters, find solutions where others see problems and work with teams and customers as equals.
If you fit this description, event management is more than just a job for you. It’s a matter of the heart and a passion. And that’s exactly the kind of person we’re looking for.

REQUIREMENTS.

Entry age between 24 and 32 years
Professional experience between 3 and 10 years
Completed professional training with subsequent agency practical experience, specialist studies recommended (training as an event manager or studies in event management, communication, business administration, marketing or tourism)

Responsibilities
  • Consulting: You advise our customers together with the project management of the event team and accompany them through all phases of an event. This includes the planning, organization, implementation and follow-up of projects. In this role, you are the central component of the project team.
  • Project management: Together we develop and structure projects with clear objectives, define specific milestones and ensure that planning and execution are carried out precisely. You will be responsible for project management tasks such as planning, communication, documentation, monitoring and invoicing.
  • Conception: Together with your colleagues from the Content, Creation and Design team, you will develop event concepts. You will work closely with all specialist departments and present the concepts to the customer together with the team.
