Your responsibilities will include: Manage stakeholder communication through project updates. ● Tackle challenges by engaging team members to develop effective solutions as needed. Use strong critical thinking and analysis skills to identify risks and opportunities and implement appropriate responses. ● Manage technical aspects of manufacturing transfers and new product introductions, including risk identification and mitigation. ● Collaborate with the Senior Program Manager to allocate shared resources across deployment sites. ● Bachelor's degree required, preferably in STEM, Business, or Project Management ● Minimum of 3 years' experience leading projects ● Experience with both small and large cross-functional project teams ● Ability to solve problems and execute within defined project timelines ● Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping) ● Must be willing and able to travel up to 10%, including some international travel ● Experience implementing projects within a supply chain or logistics environment ● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to build productive project team relationships ● Demonstrated courage in addressing and resolving challenges ● Ability to navigate ambiguity and move projects forward with optimism Requisition ID: 622042 Minimum Salary: $131700 Maximum Salary: $250200 Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
