Our international team design, develop and market bespoke websites for large and small companies, public and private, Irish and international. Our mission is to partner with our clients to bring their visions to fruition by designing compelling digital customer experiences.
We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team at Matrix Internet located in Dublin City Center.
Matrix is looking for an aspiring individual who wants to be part of an ambitious company in which we hope to grow hugely in Ireland and beyond. A driven and proactive person will be backed by the team and will have huge opportunities to prosper.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Project manage new client website design and development projects through all phases.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact in those projects.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Attention to detail in relation to documents and client communication.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
  • Project Management - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics - to ensure that performance and client satisfaction are prioritised internally.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Work closely with the internal team to deliver client projects.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Good time-management skills.

Requirements:

  • Full Digital Agency experience or within a similar background
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience working as a Project Manager
  • Experience in running projects using formal project methodologies
  • Ability to understand and deliver on customer expectations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent
  • Certified project management qualification desired but not essential.
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated with the ability to prioritise, and solution-orientated with the creativity and tenacity to overcome obstacles.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Working knowledge and clear understanding of the business environment and how the individual support functions within a business interact to effectively deliver an overall business model.
  • Understanding of website build process
