We were established in late 2017 and are made up of cloud, mobile and web technology experts ranging from Salesforce Certified Technical Architects (CTA) to savvy developers. We have our headquarters in Australia with teams based in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth and a growing team in the Philippines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with CRM projects serving as Project Manager, Scrum Leader or Delivery Lead Brings 10+ years software development environment, preferably with some Cloud project experience.
  • Candidates should be located in Sydney and must be willing to work in-office for 2-3 days weekly.
  • Experience in professional services/consulting organisations Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver in product development environments.
  • Your past experience will allow you to tactfully resolve conflict, whilst positively influencing those around you.
  • Deep understanding of all aspects of the systems/software agile development cycle, including some technical knowledge of Salesforce, programming, system design, cloud infrastructure and database concepts.
  • Strong facilitation and workshop skills, with an ability to run discovery and design sessions.
  • A knowledge of design thinking is beneficial.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Project Management Certification: PMP / Prince2.
  • Agile certified (CSM / PSM / SSM).
  • Salesforce certification/s: Administrator.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional team consisting of consultants, developers and architects to deliver implementations, digital transformations and advisory projects to our clients.
  • Ownership for all project management tasks including budget, scope management, resourcing / time allocation, project reporting, creation and management of project plans, change requests, issue identification, and resolution Support and manage the client from a project deliverable perspective while identifying opportunities and building long term relationships Champion implementation methodologies including but not limited to Agile, Scrum, Hybrid & Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Manage the progress of the project, whilst mitigating/handling any risks or issues that present themselves.
  • In doing that, you will also negotiate trade-offs for cost vs benefit with the stakeholders.
  • Manage, identify and foresee scope changes.
  • Ability to document, escalate and monitor issues to Delivery Practice Lead when necessary.
  • Demonstrate versatility and work within the governance model and delivery methodologies of our clients – this includes the creation of artefacts and adherence to their processes and project plans.
  • Keep the team organised and on track by facilitating Agile rituals such as: daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, etc Coordinate the execution and release of software products.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, allowing for your cross-functional team to thrive in openness and transparency.
  • Play a leading role in product backlog management (story/epic estimations, sprint planning and showcases) Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet & Miro Experience in delivering projects and implementing Salesforce or other CRM’s is highly regarded Collaborate with the engagement/pre-sales team to ensure scope, estimate and team makeup are correct when estimates are quoted to the client.
  • Contribute to the PMO/Delivery space of practice, to improve frameworks, ways of working and culture.
