Job Description The Senior Project Manager supports the Group General Secretary in driving the Group’s governance agenda, strategic initiatives, and partner engagement. This is a central, transversal role at the heart of the Executive Committee, combining strategic planning, governance coordination, dashboards (Crystal), partner communication, and delivery of key Group initiatives. The role requires a highly structured and autonomous project leader, capable of operating at executive level and ensuring rigorous and fast execution across a complex international organisation. Key Responsibilities 1. Governance & GEC support Support the preparation and structuring of GEC agendas and workplans Contribute to preparation of pre-reads, briefs and executive materials Maintain strong governance processes ensuring clarity, accountability and discipline 2. Strategic planning & transversal projects Support the design, coordination and monitoring of the Group strategic plan Lead and coordinate transversal Group projects requiring close GEC sponsorship, involving: Multiple geographies Cross-functional stakeholders Tight timelines and high execution intensity Ensure effective coordination across regions, functions and service lines to drive alignment and delivery Prepare analysis and reporting for GEC discussions and decision-making 3. Dashboards & performance monitoring (Crystal) Lead the development and coordination of Group-level dashboards, including non-financial dashboards Consolidate and structure KPIs and performance indicators across the Group Ensure data consistency, usability and relevance for decision-making Produce regular reporting and actionable insights for the GEC Work closely with Finance, regions and support functions to ensure robust data collection and follow-up 4. Partner & leadership communication Prepare high-impact materials (presentations, notes, reports) for executive audiences Ensure clarity, consistency and executive-level quality of messaging 5. Group leadership events (content) Contribute to the content design and production of key Group leadership events Support the development of core messages, narratives and materials aligned with Group priorities 6. Stakeholder management Support the definition and execution of stakeholder management strategy for the Group Map, engage and coordinate Group leadership teams and senior partners, ensuring alignment on priorities 7. M&A and integration support (as required) Contribute on an ad hoc basis to M&A and post-deal integration topics, in coordination with the General Secretary and relevant stakeholders Support preparation of materials, tracking of integration actions, and coordination across functions and geographies where needed Qualifications Experience: 10+ years in consulting, corporate strategy or project management Experience in international and matrix organisations Core competencies: Strong project management and execution discipline Proven ability to lead complex transversal projects across geographies Experience in dashboarding, KPIs and performance tracking Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French & English) Ability to handle strategic and confidential topics Soft skills: Highly structured, rigorous and delivery-oriented Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-exposure environment Success Factors Ability to drive execution at pace across complex, multi-country projects Strong ownership and clear accountability mindset Capacity to simplify complexity and create clarity for decision-making Contribution to strengthening GEC effectiveness and Group governance Positioning Core member of the General Secretariat team Central role in supporting the effectiveness of the GEC and execution of Group priorities High exposure to Group leadership teams, senior partners, and strategic topics across the Group Additional Information Location: Paris or in another Forvis Mazars office in Europe Reporting to: Group General Secretary – Member of the Executive Committee (based in Paris)
