Senior Project Manager in the Development of Medical Robotics Products in Oberkochen, Germany We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechatronics development and product industrialization, with proven experience in managing projects from conception through to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.

Your Role

• Lead and manage mechatronic development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to achieve project goals
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations from the plan
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns
• Ensure compliance with medical standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the project team

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive and Proven experience in project management within mechatronics in the medical field
• Proven track record in the development and industrialization of mechatronic products.
• Strong understanding of mechatronic systems, including hardware and software integration
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English and German
