Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Role Overview As a Senior Project Manager in Project Management, you will be responsible for leading the execution of construction and workplace projects, ensuring quality, cost, safety, and scheduling objectives are met. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage site operations, and foster a collaborative and high-performing project environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all MEP design and construction activities for the project. Review and approve MEP designs, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings. Oversee the selection and management of MEP consultants and contractors. Coordinate with other project disciplines (e.g., architectural, structural) to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems. Monitor and control the MEP budget and schedule, identifying and mitigating potential risks. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and client standards. Oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems. Provide technical expertise and support to the project team on all MEP-related matters. Manage and resolve any MEP-related issues or conflicts that arise during the project. Attend and actively participate in project meetings, providing updates on MEP progress. Ensure all MEP systems are designed and installed to meet sustainability and energy-efficiency goals. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or any equivalent Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in MEP engineering and project management, with a strong focus on commercial building fit-outs. Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques. Proven experience leading and managing MEP design and construction projects from inception to completion. In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to MEP systems. Strong understanding of MEP design principles, including HVAC, electrical power distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems. KPIs Set clear objectives during performance reviews, actively monitor progress, and apply insights to drive career growth and achieve professional goals. Conduct quarterly check-ins with direct reports to provide feedback, identify growth opportunities and career development, as reflected in Peakon survey results. Successful project delivery by meeting agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards, with outcomes reflected through client care score. Maintain financial reporting through D-365, with 100% compliance to internal controls and client billing requirements.
