Senior Project Manager

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
  • 5+ years leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
  • Advanced certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
  • Proven success in digital transformation and change management.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with both legacy and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated excellence in KPI-driven project governance.

  • Pay: $95,000.00 to $120,000.00
  • Location/Schedule: Remote or On-site, Full-Time
  • Purpose: Lead and deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that modernize systems, optimize operations, and drive lasting impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead high-impact initiatives across technology, operations, and business units.
  • Create strategic roadmaps aligning technology investments with business goals.
  • Mentor and develop Scrum Masters and Product Owners, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration, balancing cost, risk, and timelines.
  • Conduct ROI analyses and define KPIs to measure transformation progress.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations.
  • Align vendor contracts, budgets, and SOWs with Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
  • Build a culture of innovation, clarity, and accountability.
