SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of our clients Internal Talent Marketplace initiative. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to define clear project goals, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring the delivery of a user-centric, technology-enabled solution.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong experience within Project Management
• Strong experience within Stakeholder Management
• Experienced within designing and implementing a full embedding strategy to maximize user adoption and deliver an optimal user experience
• Experienced withing developing and executing a comprehensive implementation plan, including setting milestones and deliverables
• Experienced leading and motivating a global, cross-functional project team to maintain focus, engagement, and timely delivery of project outcomes
• Experienced project scoping and budgeting, proactively managing risks and proposing alternative solutions when needed
• Able to ensure consistent and transparent communication with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
• Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
• Solid understanding/qualification of Project Management Principals
• Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
• Strategic thinking with operational focus
• Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
• Person with good communication skills
• Take own initiatives and ensure for results
