POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee our mixed-use and multifamily development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering high-quality results that meet stakeholder expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, specifically in mixed-use and multifamily development.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
  • Expertise in scheduling and project planning tools.
  • Experience in risk management and problem-solving strategies.
  • Familiarity with construction management processes and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
