Seeking a dedicated construction project manager to join our property management team.
Busy property management company is looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing all phases of projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closing them out.
  • Working with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress and adherence to specifications.
  • Developing and managing project budgets, keeping close track of expenses and managing change orders.
  • Creating detailed schedules and implementing proactive measures to avoid delays.
  • Conducting site inspections to ensure work aligns with plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Handling the collection of payments and ensuring financial transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Leading and motivating crews and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with all building codes and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Proven experience in construction project management, including hands-on experience in the field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage construction projects within budgetary and time constraints.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
