DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Chartered status with a relevant professional body (ICE, CIOB, or equivalent).
  • Exposure to and understanding of Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) processes.
  • Experience in cost forecasting, commercial management, and managing the evolution of project estimates alongside design development.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to support and lead on cost/value management, working in close partnership with commercial teams.
  • Skilled in subcontractor procurement, management, and negotiating scope changes.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a complex, multidisciplinary power transmission construction scheme, from inception to completion.
  • Ensure all work aligns with customer expectations, project specifications, and Morgan Sindall standards.
  • Manage supervisory staff, direct labour, and subcontractor teams to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient work.
