WE’RE RECRUITING … SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking to welcome a Senior Project Manager to our team. It’s a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting team; we’re looking for experienced individual who will be responsible for the planning, execution and successful delivery or lead of group projects. You will lead projects, plan resources and govern those projects according to strict deadlines and within set and agreed budget, while adhering to relevant Mueller policies especially GO, rules and guidelines. You will also undertake responsibility for the maintenance of overall process model and process landscape and coordination of development of Global process platform and oversees governance.
The role can be located at either Droitwich or East Kilbride with a hybrid working model with 3 days on site

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER: -

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • >5 years work experiences with background in strategy consulting (min. 2-3 years)
  • Strategic thinking and experience in project management / lead
  • Distinct goal and solution orientation as well as economic thinking & acting with a strong decision-making competence
  • Strong process orientation and analytical competence (across different End-to-End processes)
  • Ability to actively advance projects and manage change processes, incl. cultural ones
  • Power to drive change through the whole UTM organization
  • General commercial and business management knowledge
  • Demonstratable confidence levels to engage with project managers and more senior stakeholders
  • Passionate team player with hands-on mentality
  • Ability to work on several parallel workstreams
  • High ability to solve conflicts and problems, assertiveness, and resilience
  • Excellent German & English written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of process modelling (e.g. BPMN)
  • Advanced knowledge in SAP FI/CO, SAP BW as well as BI Tools
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Willingness to frequently travel (in Europe and UK).
