Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact projects – including SolvInjury and other key People & Culture initiatives – ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
In this role, you will manage complex projects end-to-end, coordinating multiple stakeholders and vendors, while aligning deliverables with organisational objectives. You will be the key point of contact between internal teams, People & Culture stakeholders, and third-party suppliers – driving accountability, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless execution of deliverables.
You will take ownership of the delivery of SolvInjury and other People & Culture projects from initiation through to closure. This will include developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers to ensure all deliverables remain on track. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to capture requirements and align outcomes with organisational priorities, while also engaging and managing third-party vendors to deliver contracted outcomes on time and to the required quality standards.
A critical part of this role will involve identifying, monitoring, and mitigating project risks, and escalating issues where necessary to keep leadership informed. You will provide clear and concise reporting on project status, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders. In addition, you will champion best practice in project management, looking for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working to drive better outcomes across the portfolio.
Qualifications
-

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead, ideally with exposure to People & Culture / HR transformation initiatives.

  • Previous experience delivering projects in SolvInjury or similar case management / WHS platforms highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors and holding them accountable for outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience working in a complex enterprise environment with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
  • Relevant project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) desirable.
