Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, with experience of leading teams to help clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include:

• Develop and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to align Microsoft Dynamics CRM initiatives with business and operational strategies through executive-level engagements. 
• Lead cross-functional teams in securing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects, managing the full program lifecycle—including estimating, scoping, solution design, proposal development, implementation, change management, and post-go-live (hypercare) support. 
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges, uphold high standards of quality, and leverage firm methodologies and technologies to ensure successful project delivery. 
• Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions while ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. 
• Represent PwC as a thought leader in Microsoft Dynamics CRM at industry conferences and events, and drive successful user adoption through change management and effective training strategies. 
• Oversee data migration, security, and compliance activities, embedding best practices to achieve regulatory and operational excellence within Dynamics CRM environments. 
• Mentor junior team members and foster an inclusive, high-performing Microsoft Dynamics CRM practice.
