Job Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Marine Asset Integrity team in Nootdorp, the Netherlands. Our department delivers offshore Positioning, Construction Survey, and Inspection projects across Europe and Africa. You will manage offshore operations that rely on specialist survey personnel and advanced equipment, supporting the installation of wind‑turbine components, oil & gas structures, and other offshore assets requiring precise positioning and reliable execution. You will oversee a varied portfolio of construction and installation projects, from long‑term frame agreements to one‑off assignments such as rig moves. This includes full project delivery onboard client vessels, ensuring safe operations, efficient execution, and compliance with client specifications. You will work with industry‑leading survey and positioning technologies, including Fugro’s Vision Technology and Low Logistics Autonomous Underwater vehicle. You will join an international team of six Project Managers. Cross‑border collaboration is part of our daily work, and responsibilities are assigned based on your experience and strengths, ensuring you take ownership of projects where you can deliver the most impact. Your role You plan, organise, and coordinate project activities to achieve the right balance of cost, time, safety, quality, value, and risk; You monitor budgets, forecasts, schedules, and KPI performance, and you prepare key project documentation such as execution plans; You manage the project’s contractual and commercial conditions, propose amendments when required, and work with the Account Manager to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment follow‑up; You oversee the project’s financial and operational performance, and present Profit & Loss as well as Lesson’s Learnt to senior management and colleagues; You drive proactive risk and safety management, maintain a strong HSSE focus, and challenge clients constructively when required; Your trackrecord You hold a BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Construction Management or a relevant field; You have at least 7 years of project management experience; You have solid professional experience in marine construction and positioning activities; You possess a strong understanding of project fundamentals, including scope, deliverables, schedules, milestones, and resource planning; You are client‑focused with strong commercial awareness, able to build relationships, identify opportunities, and promote additional services while ensuring client satisfaction and healthy business performance; You communicate effectively and are proficient in written and spoken English.
