We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide Project Management and leadership in a professional and organized manner for total project effort including project schedule development; participation in construction planning and design; resolution of design conflicts; constructability reviews, etc.
• Drive creative project solutions with positive attitude and teamworking skills
• Ensure Project Management activities comply with company and contract requirements and support overall project schedule
• Interface with all engineering departments/disciplines as required in the establishment of project schedules and resolving schedule problems
• Project Initiation and upfront planning activities to establish clear project requirements and goals throughout the execution, monitoring and closeout.
• Schedule management, cost management for the project
• Team support and guidance
• Stakeholder management
• Meeting facilitation with all project stakeholders
• Managing WBS, CBS and project cost reporting (Earned Value Management)
• Interfacing with Clients for proactive dialogue/management around cost, schedule, scope, and issue resolution
• Facilitate and chair meetings as required
• Work in a professional and organized matter to track all

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in an Engineering Discipline
• 10-15 years of formal training and experience with leading engineering and different technical teams.
• Experience with EPCM project delivery preferred but not required
• Must be licensed as a professional engineer
• Currently residing in Canada

SKILLS

• Superior project management and leadership skills
• Must be familiar with applicable codes, standards, and acceptable industry practices, etc such as CSA Z662 and ASME B31.3
• Must have excellent communication skills and be capable of interacting with peers, project managers, site managers and clients proactively
• Must have a proven track record of accomplishment as a project manager on industrial projects and be capable of working with a team of engineers, designers and support personnel
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
