The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a strategically significant multi layered project, combining technology and services within a complex and highly regulated environment. This role owns the full project lifecycle, from scoping and governance through to delivery, insights and executive level reporting. Key Responsibilities: Lead end‑to‑end project delivery including scope, planning, milestones, dependencies and critical path management Establish and maintain effective governance, reporting rhythms and escalation processes Adapt delivery methods using iterative, insight‑led approaches in response to changing priorities Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across multiple organisations Prepare and facilitate senior forums, steering groups and executive updates Own project budgets including forecasting, tracking and variance management Identify and mitigate financial risks and dependencies Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, and lead structured issue resolution and change control processes Deliver executive‑level reporting to support governance and timely decision‑making About you: Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with end‑to‑end accountability Ability to translate complex delivery information into clear insights and recommendations Highly developed senior stakeholder management skills, including influencing and negotiation Proven ownership of project budgets and commercial decision‑making Advanced capability in governance, planning, risk, issues and dependency management Confident user of Monday.com, Confluence and Jira or platforms similar Experience in higher education, online education, technology‑enabled services or regulated environments Experience delivering programs involving organisational change or partnership evolution Ability to identify opportunities Experience contributing to post‑delivery evaluation or scale‑up planning Tertiary qualification in project/program management or related field Please note that role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
