• Management and coordination of multiple parallel projects within a portfolio, including dependencies, milestones, and strategic goal contribution.
• Defining project goals together with the project sponsors and taking responsibility for their implementation within the agreed framework.
• Continuous monitoring and control of time, budget and resources to ensure project and portfolio goals are met.
• Prioritization of projects as well as efficient resource planning and utilization based on overarching corporate goals
• Regular, targeted reporting to the Head of PMO Operations Hub, project sponsors and relevant committees.
• Building and functionally leading interdisciplinary project teams
• Active communication and regular feedback for the further development of the PMO operations standard, as well as secure collaboration in an intercultural environment.

Profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering, project management or a comparable professional qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in project, portfolio or PMO environments as well as in multi-project management
• In practice, you have already gained experience with classic and agile project management methods.
• Confident use of project and portfolio management software tools as well as BI tools
• They work independently, in an organized and reliable manner – and keep an eye on quality, deadlines and results.
• They are comfortable working in an international environment and can formulate and present content professionally in English and German.
