Opticore IT are currently searching for a Programme Manager to support the delivery of a new content supply and distribution pipeline for our clients studios. The pipeline will take their content and deliver it to partners. You'll join our Project and Programme Management Practice, based in the London area. Opticore IT is a specialist Network Engineer and Project Management consultancy offering a wide variety of opportunities to work within fast-paced, challenging environments across our client base spanning multiple sectors including Finance, Broadcast Media, Telecommunications and more. What you'll be doing: Validated Architecture Architectural Risks and Issues - Summary of inherited risks, issues and modernisation priorities. Business Process - Level 1 and 2 processes showing how business users consume services. Technical Runbooks - Practical operating, monitoring, recovery and maintenance instructions for technical teams. Service Ownership and Escalation Model - Defined service ownership, support routes and escalation paths. ITIL Processes and Tooling - Confirmed processes and tools for incident, problem and enhancement management. Business Operations Team Roles - Role descriptions for the team consuming and supporting the new services.
