In this role, you'll: Join the iconic Sydney Metro within the Project Delivery Division as a Senior Project Manager OSD (Over Station Development) working on both the City and West projects. You will oversee and manage allocated projects and ensure they are developed and delivered to Sydney Metro and development partner requirements. You will assume end-to-end responsibility for the planning, coordination, contractor engagement and oversight of OSD development closeout supporting our delivery partners through the final stages of construction for several existing OSDs plus end-to-end management of new OSD packages on the Sydney Metro City project. You will support Sydney Metro West implementation groups with the integrated delivery of OSD, ASD (adjacent station development), public domain and precinct outcomes connected to development staging. You will lead cross-program coordination and risk mitigation in Project Delivery, drawing on technical and commercial project resources to ensuring consistent governance, streamlined escalation pathways, and control over timelines and contractor performance. This is a temporary opportunity up to 3-Years with the potential to extend. You will receive an attractive remuneration package within the TSSE 1A Band. About you Project Management or Senior Project Management across building development, precinct works and commercial acumen is highly desirable. Project management tertiary qualifications (or) equivalent projects experience is a must.
