While advertised as a Senior Project Manager role, this position is internally known as a Senior Graphic Producer within Our LEGO® Agency (OLA). In this role, you will play a key part in bringing more than 500 packaging designs to life each year. Your expertise in project management and collaboration will be pivotal in aligning creative development with operational excellence, making a global impact that resonates with fans of all ages. Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model, “Best of Both,” allows employees to work 3 days/week in-office and 2 days/week remotely. No relocation support is offered for this position. Core Responsibilities Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and drive cross-functional and strategic business initiatives with impact, structure, direction and implementation. Advanced Project Management: Lead complex projects with a focus on delivering creative quality and compliance, using extensive project management expertise. Achievement Planning: Strategically plan and align key achievements with partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from start to finish. Senior Engagement: Act as an ambassador for best-in-class project management, fostering collaboration and alignment with internal and external teams and partners. Innovative Problem Solving: Ensure all creative prerequisites are met and proactively address roadblocks to maintain a smooth workflow. Team Environment: Proactively share valuable insights with management and broader teams, fostering a vibrant and unified "One Team" approach. Facilitation: Lead meetings, presentations, and workshops to foster collaboration and support decision-making. Partner Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with both internal / external collaborators to secure alignment. With our deep understanding of the creative and graphic process, combined with strong project management and collaboration skills, we ensure a seamless process and timely delivery, maintaining both creative quality and being in compliance. As a Senior Graphic Producer, you will lead key franchises and strategic cross-functional initiatives, defining frameworks for creative development. Your skills are crucial in aligning creative vision with operational goals, ensuring strategic impact and efficient execution. Demonstrated success in defining and implementing critical initiatives and project management expertise within the creative industry, marketing, or agency setting. Strong track record in project management, showcasing the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope. Brings a strategic and broad approach to translating strategy and business plans into priorities – balancing direction with operational needs. Experienced in building sustainable relationships both within and outside the organization, while having a comprehensive understanding and clear vision of accountabilities. Excellent and impactful communication across all organizational levels. Skilled in managing multiple projects efficiently to meet objectives. Clear understanding of the creative process, both within design & graphical workflows. Act as a role model, demonstrating bravery, focus, and curiosity in a creative environment, while inspiring others to do the same. Advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Nice to have Packaging development experience. Basic knowledge: Adobe, Workfront and Maya.
