Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence Strong experience in HR technology transformation (ATS/HRMS implementations, digital HR) Expertise in: Programme & portfolio management Agile / Hybrid delivery models Process transformation (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle) Data, reporting and analytics enablement Strong exposure to global delivery models and GCC environments Ability to define standard methodologies, playbooks, and reusable assets Experience in large, multi-country transformation programmes Skills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must haveQualification Master of Computer Applications Master of Business Administration Experience Project Management (6+ years) What we look forPeople with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
