Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Senior Project Manager, Patient Engagement and Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Citeline’s Patient Engagement and Recruitment product suite for high-priority clients and strategic initiatives. This includes oversight of multiple complex projects and ensuring the delivery of solutions that drive customer success and internal alignment. You will operate as a senior leader within the PER Operations team, reporting to the Director of Delivery, and act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Technical, and Support teams.
This role demands a blend of clinical research expertise, operational excellence, and executive presence to guide teams and clients through successful delivery. You will play a key role in advancing the maturity of delivery practices within the organization and be a trusted voice in refining internal processes, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management in a CRO, biopharmaceutical, clinical trial, or healthcare technology environment; strong preference for candidates with prior CRO or sponsor-side experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional projects with strategic importance or complexity.
  • Experience managing client engagements, including executive-level communication, project roadmap development, and risk mitigation.
  • Deep understanding of clinical trial operations, patient recruitment strategies, regulatory requirements (IRB/EC), and GCP standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and strong technical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and data interpretation/wrangling.
  • Familiarity with real-world data (RWD), healthcare data systems, and digital patient engagement technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
  • PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.

  • Lead governance meetings, executive readouts, and client workshops; provide strategic insight and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
