Are you ready to lead high-stakes, high-impact technology projects that shape the future of payments and treasury services? We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the reins on large-scale, multimillion dollar projects. You’ll manage full-cycle delivery of Treasury and Payments solutions/products with budgets ranging from $5 - $10 Million and bringing together cross-functional teams of 50+ professionals. TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • At least 10+ years in project management roles, delivering large-scale IT initiatives.
  • Previous experience in project managing multimillion dollar projects within Banking or Financial Services is highly preferred ( ideally within Treasury and/or Payments)
  • Proven track record managing budgets of $5M–$10M projects
  • Expertise in delivering projects on the cloud
  • Advanced to Expert level proficiency in the following:
  • MS Excel (strong ability to use the following functionality: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Statements, Conditional Formatting)
  • MS PowerPoint (create Executive-level presentations)
  • MS Project-
  • MS Word

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead large-scale IT projects end-to-end—from project initiation to implementation to achieve desired business results.
  • Deliver innovative Treasury & Payments solutions including wires, Interac, EFT, Zelle, and TCH.
  • Leads assigned multimillion dollar ( 5-10 million) projects from project initiation to implementation to achieve desired business results. Ensure financial health of projects through financial forecasting and conducting on-going reconciliation
  • Monitors and tracks performance and addresses any/all issues.
  • Exercises direct accountability for projects with up to 50 team members
  • Develops all related project management artifacts, while complying with applicable enterprise standards
  • Monitors and controls project deliverables. Makes recommendations and adjustments to the overall project plan to achieve deliverables,
  • Understands project interdependencies and demonstrates critical thinking that proactively identifies project risks and establishes effective risk mitigation from the outset.
  • Manages people
  • Collaborates with diverse teams: business analysts, developers, architects, testers, and key business stakeholders.
  • Drives project delivery on cloud platforms, while managing risks, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Leads or assists with hiring, onboarding, and mentoring junior team members and external contractors.
  • Creates, maintains, and communicates clear project documentation using tools such as Clarity, Planview, MS Project, etc..
  • Presents key updates to executives, tailoring messaging not only based on the level of the audience but also based on whether the audience is technical or non-technical.
