• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex projects from initiation through to completion
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve delivery milestones, manage dependencies and resolve project risks.
• Maintain project scope, schedules, budgets and reporting to ensure successful outcomes.
• Partner with technical and client-facing stakeholders to align delivery plans with business and customer needs.
• Mentor Project Support Officers and drive continuous improvement across project delivery practices

• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale or complex technology projects and programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in project delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Proven ability to manage risks, priorities, resources and competing deadlines
